Is this legal advice?+
No. PlainRenew is software. Our rule packs are plain-English readings of the official sources we link on every rule, and they're versioned so they can be reviewed and updated. For decisions about your business, talk to a qualified lawyer.
Doesn't Stripe already send renewal emails?+
Stripe can send a reminder on one schedule for your whole account. Different customers need different timing — California, New York and the UK don't agree — and Stripe doesn't host a withdrawal function or keep a per-customer record. We add those on top of Stripe.
What do my customers see?+
Friendly emails from your brand, and a simple page with their plan and a cancel button. That's it.
