These terms govern your use of PlainRenew. By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

PlainRenew connects to your billing account, schedules and sends subscription notices on your behalf, hosts a cancellation page for your customers, records consent and notice history, and produces exports. It is not legal advice — see our Disclaimer.

Plans, trials and renewal

• Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your plan renews automatically every month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel.
• We email you before your trial ends. You can cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period and you won't be charged again.
• We give at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Your data and your customers

You are the controller of your customers’ personal data; we process it on your instructions to provide the service. You confirm you have a lawful basis to share it with us and to send service notices to your customers.

Acceptable use

Don't use PlainRenew to send marketing to people who haven't agreed to it, to misrepresent your terms, or to obstruct cancellations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for fines, penalties or claims arising from your terms or practices.
