What we collect

• Account data: your email, business name and website.
• Checker data: the site URL you enter, your answers, and your email if you unlock the full report.
• Your customers’ data (as a processor): names, emails, billing locations and subscription details from your connected billing account; terms shown and consent records; notices sent; cancellation events, including IP address and browser for cancel and consent events.

How we use it

To provide the service, to send the notices you’ve configured, to produce your records and exports, and to send you product and rule updates (you can unsubscribe anytime).

Sharing

We use sub-processors to run the service: hosting (Vercel), database (Supabase or Neon), email delivery (Resend or Postmark) and payments (Stripe). We don’t sell personal data.

Retention

We keep records while your account is active so they’re available as evidence, and delete them within 90 days of account closure unless you ask us to export or delete sooner.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing hello@plainrenew.example. Your customers should contact you as the business they subscribed with.
